National Account
Executive
-
Responsible for lead generation and maintaining strong professional relationships through cold-calling and networking
Provide full-cycle customer service by understanding unique shipping needs, recommending valuable solutions, negotiating rates, and completing contracts for clients and carriers
Maintain detailed and comprehensive records in designated CRM
Other duties as required or assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Senior National Account
Executive

Retain and grow accounts through consistent communication and develop client relationships to ensure long-term business and provide upselling opportunities for existing clients
Demonstrate a customer service first mindset by being knowledgeable in all logistics functions and comfortable recommending specific solutions for each shipment
Draft and fulfill contracts, negotiate rates, and service both client and carrier accounts from initial discussions to final delivery of each load
Maintain detailed and comprehensive records in designated CRM

Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to change while continuing to be a productive, self-motivated team member

Specialist

Responsible for driving business by identifying and selling new prospects and current customers through outreach and utilizing professional network
Provide full-cycle customer service by understanding unique shipping needs, recommending valuable solutions, negotiating rates, and completing contracts for prospects and customers
Maintain detailed and comprehensive records within the internal CRM
Other duties included are F2F client visits, conflict resolution, and RFP management

Must have 2+ years of freight brokerage experience with a history of client facing tasks
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess an entrepreneurial and sales-minded mentality with the tenacity to never settle and thrive in a competitive environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must work with a strong sense of urgency and display a proactive approach to problem-solving
