  • Create and maintain strong professional relationships

    Provide full-cycle customer service from contract negotiations through delivery

    Fully understand customers’ shipping needs, recommend valuable solutions, negotiate rates, and complete contracts for clients and carriers

    Other duties as required or assigned

  • Cold-calling and sales experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Entrepreneurial and sales-minded mentality with the tenacity to never settle and thrive in a competitive environment

    Must work with a strong sense of urgency and display a proactive approach to problem-solving

    Must maintain a self-motivated and relentless work ethic while displaying a strong attention-to-detail

    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

    Experience preferred but not required

  • $40,000 salary with uncapped commissions
